Updating Higher-order Work Style Dimensions in the O*NET Work Styles Taxonomy

This report describes a new Work Styles taxonomy that includes 21 lower-order dimensions organized into 5 higher-order dimensions. The O*NET Content Model will include the updated structure starting with the O*NET 30.1 database release.
