Scale indicate the range and purpose of a numeric data rating. Common scales include Importance (how important a skill is to job performance) and Level (the amount of skill needed in a job).
For ratings which use the Level (LV) scale, element-specific Level Scale Anchors provide sample activities corresponding to specific points along the scale.
