Summary:

This report describes how client interest assessment profiles are linked to O*NET-SOC occupational profiles by means of the O*NET Interest Profiler Short Form, one of the O*NET Career Exploration Tools. The O*NET Interest Profiler Short Form was developed to enable clients to quickly and accurately identify their work-related interests and use them to identify careers for exploration. The linkage methodology described in this report is a modification of the previous linkage methodology used with other forms of the O*NET Interest Profiler.
