Summary:

The primary purpose of the GATB Forms E and F Development Project was to develop alternate forms of the cognitive portion of the GATB (Parts 1-7) following procedures that met accepted professional standards. Issues addressed in development include reducing test speededness and susceptibility to coaching, investigating scoring procedures, developing items free from bias, assembling parallel forms, improving test aesthetics, and revising answer sheets and other materials.
